The location was superb! I could easily walk to many attractions. The room had a comfy king-size bed. It was nice to have a rainfall shower in the bathroom.

I had to wait a long time some mornings. The gym was located on a different floor than the pool. This made it a bit inconvenient. The pool hours were also quite limited, especially on weekdays.

the staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. the warm cookie i received was a nice treat.

the room i got did not match the city view that was advertised. instead, it faced building backs and a flat roof. also, the doubletree cookies were cold and hard when i got them. it was disappointing.
